9-10pm A set from the house band
10pm-12am Jam Session
Bassist Greg Cordez is treating us to a selection of recently recorded and some very new, unrecorded works with his quintet. New Zealand-born, Greg has built a name for himself amongst the UK jazz scene over the last 10 years from his base in Bristol, performing with players such as Michael Blake, Ian Ballamy, Jason Rebello and Tim Garland.
“The themes are melodic, memorable, and often beautiful, but there’s an intelligent, exploratory side to the music that ensures that it transcends mere ‘prettiness’.” Ian Mann - The Jazz Mann

* We would like to keep this event free for everyone to enjoy, but would also like support the musicians that play for us. What we ask of you is to give generously to the bucket if you've enjoyed it. Every penny goes to the artists and the bigger the bucket the more likely they'll come and play again. *
