Join the RWCMD Big Band this Christmas for American pianist, composer and bandleader Duke Ellington and Billy Strayhorn’s jazz interpretation of Tchaikovsky’s The Nutcracker Suite. In the second half they continue celebrating the work of Ellington through a swinging selection of songs, paying homage to the great vocalists of the time such as Ella Fitzgerald and Mahalia Jackson.
